Bonjour tout le monde! On Tuesday 26th of February, I went to IMRO Venue Awards. For those who don't know what IMRO (Irish Music Rights Organisation) is, it's a 'national organisation that administers the performing right in copyright music in Ireland on behalf of its members and on behalf of the songwriters, composers and music publishers of the international overseas societies that are affiliated to it' (Thanks Wikipedia). The night started with a band, called Pillow Queen that is composed of 4 girls from Dublin. I would describe their music as rock/indie. Then, a band called Moncrieff , played. The voice of the main singer remind me a bit of Hozier's voice. They described their genre as 'Neo Noir'. The last band, called Inhanler . Everybody was expecting them as the main singer, Elijah Hewson, is the song of Bono from U2. They're a young band as they only have a song or two released. But during the night, they sang 4 songs...
